Hot enough for ya? Speaking of hot, just wait till you get a load of the guitar playing skills of our next artist, Brian Ashley Jones. (Pretty slick segue, huh?) Killer guitar is just the beginning though. Brian backs up his picking chops with serious vocal, songwriting and performing skills. Toss in the lovely and talented Tisha Simeral on upright bass and backing vocals and you have the perfect combination for a fantastic show.

Brian Ashley Jones is a soulful singer, accomplished guitarist, and versatile touring Americana songwriter whose songs have been placed in film and television and recorded by numerous artists. His music is influenced by the guitar-driven country, blues, bluegrass, and swing that he absorbed in his hometown, Spartanburg, South Carolina. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Jones performs at festivals, concert series, radio and TV stations, and songwriter venues around the world. He performed at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and has opened multiple sold-out concerts for Delbert McClinton. As a recommended guitar clinician in Nashville Songwriters Association International's ‘Pros On The Road’ program, Jones leads songwriting and guitar clinics for educational programs around the USA.

Jones showcases his writing and playing chops with 11 well-crafted original songs in his current release, Courier, which has received international radio play and made the Top 40 of the Roots Music Report and the Top 100 of the Americana Music Association's album chart. The swampy instrumental "Pull 'em Up" has been featured in the widely acclaimed PBS television series "Road Trip Nation."
